Re: 2237: Twin Titans vs. Hot Knuckleheads

Philadelphia won 103 games, a +5 over last year and putting them in triple digits (and the playoffs) for the first time in six years. Though they only claimed three players for the All Star game, they came out fighting in the NLCS, which is ongoing as I write. [/i] It was more of a midstream reboot...

Everyone read this please...

I'm not sure how man times I need to say this (apparently many), but it will be the last: To change the league charter 2/3 of the owners must vote to do so. This isn't my rule, it's a site rule. Stop blaming ME for votes that don't pass. This isn't up to me. It never as been. If you think I'm not do...

Re: IC system change

I wouldn’t say it works majority did want the change but I get what your saying we should put it to rest and it’s up to you personally if you want to stay or not because no change is coming. This league has been here, and been stable, for 150+ seasons. If that’s not “working” I’m not sure what is.

IC system change

Ok---

I'll go ahead and post this, but if this initiative fails I think it's time to admit that the IS4/IC3 system pairing works (here) and isn't going to change any time soon. We can't keep having these votes, or the endless discussion.

Re: New Minor League System????

Since it appears that the effort to change our injury system has failed, I am proposing a change in Minor League systems to compensate. I am making the assumption that those who voted to keep our current injury system did so because they felt it was more realistic with MLB. Using that logic, we sho...

Re: Outage

The Sandberg Yinling league seems to be missing game 82 entirely.

And just a fun/odd one, game 72 in the Don Newcombe League was 0 innings.

No rush of course. I'm just glad the site is back up.

I'd be will to change my vote to system 3 if we went to a different improvement system. I just can't see having max IC's with less injuries. Just my two cents...
The plan is to pair IS3 with another dev system. It looked like 1-15 had the most interest.

Re: IS system vote part 2 (will run for 7 days)

Life is what it is......and with that said, you do get used to it,I did This system teaches you to: 1) Have a deep bench 2) Have a plan B,C,D 3) Trade for temp pieces,or waver wire adds can do a temp task 4) Losing your top pitcher and top position player at playoff time sux,but it sux for the other...

Prospects on the block

I just don’t have the CPs to do justice by all these kids, but maybe YOU do!

Not looking for much, a 2nd for each individual player or more for a package.

Thx!

Re: Injury System change

Basically I worked as a Paramedic for 14 years, left that life, but remained on the counties emergency rolls, and they begged me to come back. So...I’ve been busy. Good luck to you, scary times out there. Stay safe, man Thanks, man. The whole county is now on a shelter-in-place order. That makes th...
