i all ready voted to keep the rule of 2 CP trades per season. so this new poll does not matter to me. first poll is at 17 votes, 9 against 2 CP trades, 8 for 2 CP trades. .. the admin in overturning disputed trades needs 67 percent of the voters , do we need 51 percent in this poll?

so, with only 17 out of a possible 24 votes cast so far in the first poll which is very close, we decided that 2 CP trades a season is gone? and it's either zero or one CP trade .. why even have the first vote? why can't we wait until 24 votes are cast?

well, things change quickly. The announcement of Tampa and Chicago also going into a rebuild makes the sellers market into a buyers market. Now i got to think about what i am going to do. I am pretty sure all 3 of us can't get the return we want.

this morning i was going to send Cleveland a trade offer and noticed his roster isn't set and his minor league has 20 players on it. It looks like he hasn't been on in 10 days or so. Maybe the comish can reach out to him to see if he is gone or not.
