I messaged Chris, I have no idea what is going on. Looks like none of the teams had time to set up their expansion team player rankings.

Expansion teams should have been able to rank the expansion draft from the day the pool populated. Were people unable to see the player list?

Yes, Chris we have atleast one team(SD) that says he was not able to rank his players. Also just look at his depth chart, for some reason half his team was auto waived.

I don't see any auto-waived players. I see a team with 40 pitchers.
I think Swope was able to finally see the draft but he had much less than 24 hours to do so.
