I submitted for this the 15th of Feb and it shows being processed shows for 21 days 2 hours. no new news

Looks like the change was made, league rules page says draft populates on league date 7/1. Did anyone actually check if the class was available before today, lol, i know i didn't.

I checked before this post and the draft wasn't up. I did check right after our late game yesterday and it was already up. I figured it would wait until next season anyway.
