third no-hitter of the season

The normally red-hot bats of the Pittsburgh Psychotics were held hitless for the third time this season in game #104 today, this time by Cecil Sutthoff of Brooklyn. Just when I thought we were going to make our move this happened. Earlier in game #39 against Cincinnati and in game #63, against Brooklyn, my boys were also hitless. Maybe this isn’t my year after all.

When I saw the score, I was hoping Cecil would have a complete-game shutout as that seems to be eluding him (goes into the ninth and gives up hits/runs and gets relieved).

So now the Fury has two no-nos to go along with the two cycles this season.

Still haven't bought a lottery ticket yet.
