I went through the 4 vacant teams and cleaned up their rosters. There is a lot of fresh meat on the waiver wire.

I added the two teams that should have been listed for sale. We are currently looking for owners for Detroit, Chicago (NL) Colorado and Philadelphia.

I also approved a trade that really made sense for one of the vacant teams that was pending.
