WTF happened?

I have my Pitcher settings to take the SP out after giving up 5 ER through 4 IP or 4 ER through 6 IP. So why in the world is he coming to pitch in the 8th inning after giving up 10 ER??

"Pitcher is pulled because he is getting hammered (Starting pitcher has given up 8 or more earned runs, he is tired, and the team is losing by more than 5 runs)."

I've never seen this reasoning before. Why are my settings being completely ignored?? Anyone else have an issue with this?

What is your setting for "except if my team is losing by X runs"?

8 and 5....pretty much the default setting.

I guess my settings created some sort of loophole that forced him to stay in the game? Huh.
