Welcome to the 32nd Term of the CFL
Re: Welcome to the 32nd Term of the CFL
Woohoo I made the list. Thanks for putting this together.
Won’t this year as drafting 16 in SP when there were only 40 SP really sucked.
The pitchers in this round were depressing. Should be some massive hitting stats.

Re: Welcome to the 32nd Term of the CFL
Congrats on making the wall ratman44 and your welcome.
Yeah, the SP pool was WEAK. LF wasn't much better but we're all in the same boat. Hopefully next term will be a better pool.
Good luck everyone.

Re: Welcome to the 32nd Term of the CFL
But you can teach anyone to play LF, that is not the case for pitchers.
I was actually surprised that Shultz made it to my second LF spot. He has cement blocks on his feet but it doesn’t matter how fast you run when the ball lands in the stands. I guess since he also can’t find LF or throw the ball from second base to the pitchers mound that might explain why he was still there.

Re: Welcome to the 32nd Term of the CFL
He's Kyle Schwarver thats why lol. Yeah, I really hoped to sneak him in at the other spot being he was only rated a B overall player, but obviously I wasnt that fortunate. Being ranked #1 in LF I did get the one guy who's going to be a stud, but I drafted too much youth initially, so now I have to let the development gods try to help me out. Since most are B+, maybe I'll get some sweet red letters next season so I can compete, but this year will be full of struggles, but hopefully fun
Re: Welcome to the 32nd Term of the CFL
But I figured with how terrible the pitching should be in this league he ought to eat it up. I figured at 24 he ends up converting a bunch of speed in the next 2 offseasons. I just have no mentors somehow, so he won’t get a lot of chances.
I might have one of the better lineups in the league but I have no defense and my pitchers are pathetic. I was targeting 25 pitchers and ended up with 2 of them. The RP depth made the SP depth look elite. So it was a detriment and blessing to have the 1st pick in RP. I got a stud with enough endurance to be a SP, but no one else of significance.
My lineup vsL is downright ruthless. To bad I don’t see that many lefties on my schedule.
Yes that 1st LF is amazing, the 1st 2B was awesome also.
