Tampa Bay Making Moves

The Tampa Bay Black Sox are making big moves to improve the team. With stars like Scorzelli, Trout, and Overlock developing into solid players Tampa is adding pieces and looking to improve the team. RHP Ed Gooch and C Mickey Casey were added the other day and now Tampa announces they have completed a deal with New York bringing in bit bat Al WInegarner. Tampa is still seeking help in the bullpen and adding a second baseman. They could be the most improved team next season.

Al gave New York everything. The best player in his draft class when he was taken 27th overall. Perennial MVP candidate. Enjoy him!

Yeah what an awesome pick at 27. Got to be one of the all time great steals in the draft. I'll send him back to you cheap if you want after I am done with him so he can retire in NY.
