Worst debut ever

Post by dabigtrain »

Milwaukee's Keith Creel made his major league debut on sim-April 1, 2062 against the Brooklyn Bats.

He entered the game as a defensive replacement in the bottom of the eighth inning, stood motionless in left field through five batters, didn't get to hit, and after the game went on the DL for 30 days.

Slipped on the dugout steps?

Not quite as bad, but, vaunted prospect Harry Rowan just recorded zero outs in his Oakland debut. four hits (three for extra bases), a walk, five runs, yanked by ABE before the Oakland fans rushed the field.
