since we are 7 owners shy from being full, we are seeking a merger with the ron santos league, we will stikl be full development but will be going to 15 games.

I'm not sure that I have an "in", but I've worked on a few really big league issues with Chris over the years (cheating/broken drafts/mergers etc) and he has always been prompt in getting back to me. I can reach out, if you like.
