Over the cap again???

What happened to Atlanta...you guys are over the cap again. And you're carrying people like Jeff Bailey and Ferris and others in your minors who are making too much money and will not amount to anything. They should have been cut weeks ago. Now it's too late...so you need to make a trade with an owner who has cap space to get under the cap. It's not just your team that is being penalized....it's the whole league because competitive balance suffers.

On a similar thing, I have adjusted Texas' salary down by .02 because he just grabbed a player from the waiver wire and went over the cap by .01. I only did that to preserve competitive balance. But Texas has the same issue...mediocre minor league players that should have been cut weeks ago to address salary cap issues.

Hey I think in the BZL you can cut a player on the rookie contract at anytime and it come off the books. Other Salary leagues have a league date you have to do it by (5/1 in the AML i believe).
