We have had a good run. Actually the best run we have ever had. It's easier to make the playoffs in a 24 man league, but harder to win a championship. A little bit of luck doesn't hurt either.

Lack of pitching depth was definitely our downfall. We went ahead 2 games to 1, and in the next two games had batting practice against the Browns' great pitching staff. Games 4 and 5 were a 1-run game and a 2-run game. Certainly within our grasp. We hit 11 HRs in the Series and rattled the St. Louis staff to have a 1.42 WHIP and a 4.42 ERA. In the end, my roster was 2 or 3 quality relief pitchers short.
