Hello to the KSL. New owner here in Seattle. Out with the old and in with the new!

Holy cow! This team had some serious scrubs on the major league roster mixed in with those solid vets.

So far I've had only 1 legitimate offer (for Hackett), and a few really sad offers for Merrit and Herrmann. I'll let you all guess who sent over those lowball offers...

I'm going to wait until tomorrow before I accept the deal for Hackett to give the other contenders (or pretenders) a chance to make an offer on him. Best offer gets him. He's OS34, but he's A overall, and has A+ control. That means he's going to give you 2 or 3 good years after declines start. Velocity declines much faster than control does (on average).

FYI, he just struck out 14 Turtles in an 8 inning effort and win.

Houston took most of my pitching in a mega deal, but we still have some good hitters available!

It was a good deal for both of us. You kept your 2 best prospects, and got 2 great starting pitchers, and another that should improve into a very good starting pitcher.
