I have selected a few players to vote on this year. Next year we will vote on a few more. Please vote yes or no. I have put as much information about the players that I could. Keep in mind we want the best of the best in the Hall of Fame. We are a young league so what is good now may not be good in 50 years from now. Keep in mind that generally a hitter is considered Hall of Fame worthy if they have 500 Home Runs 1700 RBI's and batted around .300. Of course there are other things to look at such as stolen bases, hits etc. For a pitcher they generally would be considered a candidate if they had 275 wins or a reliever that has over 500 saves. Keep in mind I say candidate because I have seen a ton of pitchers with 270 wins that didn't make the Hall of Fame.

Re: Hall of Fame Vote
Just a reminder that Happy Gilmore has two player cards because he was in the old league before the merge. I have posted his combined stats for both leagues. I am only saying that because his stats are far superior to Mauldin so if you vote yes to Mauldin then I don't see how you could vote not to Gilmore. Just wanted to make sure everyone was aware.
Re: Hall of Fame Vote
I think Walter Phillips actually would be #1 in HR with both leagues combined.
Re: Hall of Fame Vote
He only played 2 years in this league so he would not qualify for that title. Player must play at least half of his career in the new league for it to count toward the hall of fame. We will only have a handful of merged Hall of Famers get inducted and it will look really strange when someone looks at the Hall of Fame. I wonder if I can get admin to edit the stats in the Hall so it doesn't look so odd.

Yes to all but Gilmore
Re: Hall of Fame Vote
We have 24 owners in this league. Surely we can get a little more participation here. Please continue to vote. I would hate to see a player make it in or not make it in because only 25% of the league decided to vote.
