Inning limit?

Post by meat1968 »

I can't believe that this is a coincidence, but the first two seasons for this RP capped at 158.2 IP before he went to the DL for the remainder of the season.

Is this a thing that I'm not aware of?

Can't be as Eagle had Robinson pitch 217 all out of the pen in the BHL and he didn't get hurt...

bad luck it would seem. Or not that bad since it was the end of the season anyway. There isn't a code bit that would explain that. The only innings related code bit relates to health dropping for pitchers that throw too many innings. I think it's 100 for RP and 200 for SP, but that doesn't explain his injury at the exact time as last year.

Yeah, just incredibly wild to see 158.2 IP in both seasons for a B+ or better health to go down during OS23 and OS24 years. Probably didn't amount to a single improvement chance, but unbelievably coincidental. Let's see if he can break the milestone in 2029!
