Andy Stewart throws a two hit shutout and strikes out 15 Urban Achievers in a season where he has dramatically underperformed his ratings and past performance. In the prior nine games with Toronto Washington outscored the Vikings 37-27. Just strange.

Maybe something was going on in his personal life.
When Justin Smoak played for the Mariners, his dad passed away.
Justin took a few days off and then when he returned he hit like Hank Aaron for about a week.
Then of course he started to suck again.
