2022 & 2023 possible HOF candidates

Post by TonyGwynnusaGAME »

Still looking for criteria for our HOF and how we want to vote or if we get a committee of 5 owners to be the HOF committee. Thoughts?

2023

James Paxton SP - NYA 233-163, 3.37 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, 3793 IP, 2627 K, 5 AS, 3 WS, GG, 2015 Cy Young
DJ Peterson -2b - NYA .295-236-1203, 257 SB, 1,358 runs, 9 AS, 3 WS, GG, 2015 MVP
Felix Shirley - LF - CHN/NYN.279-274-1263, 356 SB, 1,553 runs, 10 AS, 3 WS, GG

2022

Don Stroebel - 2b - MIL .247-404-1,382, 97 SB, 6AS, GG (Is 400+ homers automatic HOF material if you hit .247?)
John Damrau - ss - BOS. .276-2301103, 319 SB, 2 AS, GG, 2019 AL MVP
Harry Cangelosi -ss - CIN. .255-341-1281, 390 SB, 2 AS, GG (Is 340 HR & 390 SB enough for the HOF when you hit .255?)
Craig Pafko - RP - PITT/NYN. 53-57-343 3.87 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, 6 AS, 2 WS, 2015 Fireman with 53 saves
Pat Dwyer - SP - AZ 225-186. 3.68 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, 4011 IP, 3399 K, 5 AS, Led league in Ks w/244 in 2016

Anyone interested in being on the HOF committee with me? I'd like at least 5. Also I plan to do this after the completion of every season in the future. It may be tough for all 16 teams to vote thus the committee will be nice to have.

I'll work on more years later as I have a busy weekend ahead of me.
