League Commissioner

I know that other SimDynasty Leagues have one owner designated as the “Commissioner.” Perhaps to take some of the burden off Abe. Does the Duke Snider League have such an individual?

Dynasty leagues can have hall of fame coordinators but not commissioners. At least thats what I think I remember hearing from Chris.
