What are we doing about filling this league? We have had too many seasons without a full league.

If you'll look at the list of open teams...it's massive. This site probably doesn't have the traffic it used to have.

People will only buy these vacant teams if they show promise. Like how the new owners came in and bought Detroit and Washington as they were on an upswing.

I allocate CPs and try to insert players into their starting lineups to maximize their growth, but I don't do any adjustments to draft rankings so they draft according to the team's historical preferences...which can lead to some very bad picks.
