Guess ABE never heard of the "brief and ineffective" rule. You give the win to the reliever who recorded no outs, allowed two inherited runners to score, and gave up two of his own and NOT the succeeding reliever who pitched 3.1 scoreless innings? Really?

Dickey Betts was the worst (BY FAR!!) pitcher to take the mound for the Gotham Knights that game.

I don't think the programmers ever patched that mistake in the coding. The MLB rule is supposed to be if the Starting Pitcher doesn't complete at least 5.0 IP, then it is up to the designated scorekeeper to choose among the group of pitchers that finished the game (the lead being kept by the winning team during the entirety of the game, of course). The programming isn't sophisticated enough, so it just picks the 2nd pitcher irregardless of their performance. It's broken. That said, I wouldn't put this high on the list of things that when fixed would make SimDynasty much better.
