Sure as hell hope so. They can put Lou and Jack in as well as far as I'm concerned.

Diito. In my mind I associated Trammell with Yount when Yount played SS. Yount's in, so Trammell should be in.

Robin Yount drafted 3rd overall in 1973 spent a summer in the New York Penn league before making the 1974 Brewers at 18.
Alan Trammell drafted in the 2nd round of the 1976 draft. played in Appalachian league and then AA Montgomery that summer. Was at Montgomery in 1977 when called up to Tigers. Made 1978 opening day roster and never looked back.
Both played 20 seasons in the Majors Yount Retired in 1993 with Brett and Ryan. Yount 3142 Hits, 583 2b, 251 HR, 1406 RBI,.285 AVG and a .772 OPS.
Trammell retired in 1996. Became a Part time player after 1990. Trammell 2365 Hits, 412 2b, 185 HR,1003 RBI,.285 AVG and 767 OPS.

Trammell if he played as much as Yount would have been a 1st ballot guy. For whatever reason the Tigers decided to not play him at SS his last six seasons. Yount went to CF in 1985, Trammell started to play everywhere but 1b and C in his last years.

I see your claim for the Hall but the voters like gaudy numbers like 3K hits.
