He may have been just lucky. The minors gems tend to get 30+ ICs (close to 50% conversions) when they're young. This year should help narrow down what curve if any he has.

He has already converted 10 more IC's man he might have a chance to go full A at his peek if he keeps this up. I'm thinking he is getting another 20 plus improves this year that would put him over 70 in 3 years. Right not he is sitting with 60 in 2.5 years. He should see B+ soon enough.
