Gil Dipoto reaches 3,000 hits

Gil Dipoto who already holds the all-time League record for HRs and RBIs Has now just reached 3,000 hits. Padres are in rebuilding mode, but this was a nice moment for the fans.

Gil is currently at 483 HRs so just 17 more and he’ll be the first ever player to have 500 HRs. Best hitter of all-time? I’d say yes
