You should pitch him. If he has even regular improves he can be useful.

EDIT: Lol nevermind. Noticed you are.

I have had two #1 picks that turned into busts in that league. Both pitchers. I feel your pain.

I agree. I had two #1 pick pitchers on my MFL team that got no improves. Very frustrating.

he improved 1 out 2 in the majors

the problem is that I barely have room for vet pitchers with a+ velocity, b+ control.

I'll have to hope to lock down a playoff spot then play him

Maybe trade him to a team that can pitch him?
