I would give up:

I think its enough Perhaps. This is the second offer, far better than the last. I really need pitching help any ideas for a counter. Sounds like he is willing to deal can we find the "right price".

maybe in a system 3 league the offer would look a little more enticing, but i wouldnt be too thrilled about committing 5 years of CP's to any of those guys, and especially not all 3 of them at once. Looks like you dont have much in your minors right now, but as long as you have your future picks youre still gonna run into jams if you commit to all these guys. I wouldnt wanna give up a very good 24 year old hitter with great infield defense for 3 pretty fringe prospects who all need 5 years of CPs.

and pineiro needs to be in the majors.
