OS 20 Not getting IC's - call him up?

OS 20 Not getting IC's - call him up?

His development has been super frustrating. Writing this 14 games into the season and only has 3 ICs and only converted 1 of them. He's struggled to convert the previous two years, too. Last year he had a lot of ICs. What can I do?

Just be patient. He's fine. Keep your minors at 15 players. And just be patient

The only reason he has struggled to convert in previous seasons is because his ratings are very good for his age. Leave him down and he will be great.
