Trade advice in the Jumbo Brown League (Private/Speed League)

I have been offered:
Kevin Ladd
Andy Viola
2031 Draft Pick Rd 2(CIN)

I would give up:
Nelson Gilbert

I just acquired Gilbert. I think he's a stud. Future A overall likely. Low endurance SP likely.

I do have some cp's to devote to Ladd and/or Viola, and I've traded a couple of my future 1sts, so the draft pick could come in handy as well.

The real question is two parts:

1) How good do you think Ladd will get?
2) With my competitive window being borderline right now, but likely 2+ years to 6 years out, Gilbert might fit that better than Ladd.

What would you do?

For me it would be an easy decline. I don't see Viola as more than a backup and I would project Ladd's ceiling to be A/B+ (unless it is variable development and he has a favorable curve). The bottom line is Gilbert is significantly better than Ladd and Viola and the pick are lottery tickets.

I would stick with Gilbert because of the high investment in CP's needed for Viola to be of any value. Otherwise Ladd = Gilbert but lower in development so why bother? Is the 2nd rd pick likely to be high in the order? If that was a 1st I would do it.
