It's a fair offer, as it doesn't look like you're going to be in the playoffs any time soon. The catching prospect is solid, the reliever is OK, and you get a pick. I might try and work up a counter offer to get what you think is fair. Ed Temple is going to be a good catcher, so he'd have to be part of the package.
