Anyone have any speculation on the curve for this guy:

He's clearly not a bust, but he has always had below average improvement years.

Must be a Eureka.

Eureka 1, Eureka 2, Eureka 3 A player improves below average for most years in his career, but in 1-2 seasons in the majors or minors he converts a much higher percentage of chances. There are 3 variations on this with different "eureka" ages.

Bust doesn't always denote 0%, he's improved at 9%, the definition is "Improvement conversion percentages are down across the board", 9% meets that criteria IMO.

Bring him up & hope he's a bust in the minors

Every bust I've seen has gone 0 for most years and 1 or 2 improves at most. I'm pretty sure he's not a bust. He's just a huge disappointment.

He's not a bust. Heck, he improved better at OS22 than most of my normal curve pitchers do.

that's not actually a curve, I would requote the rule book but why bother, apparently pitchers who start as OS19 C+ overall and average 9% improves aren't busts,apparently pitchers who have never had an improvement percent as high as 13% in any year aren't busts.

I change my mind, he's the new "huge disappointment curve. Lave him in the minors a few more years

I'm not sure why you are getting snippy with me. I am just saying he doesn't look like the busts from my experience. This is what I assume is a bust, but even he has improved better than most I've seen:
