I would give up:
Mike Wilson
Vince Taylor

Pass.

It's a fair offer, but there's no point in you doing a deal like this since you're not going to the post-season with or without these players. Those players would help an already good team win a couple extra games in a playoff chase by being nice complimentary players, but long term your players will be better. I'd make sure both get playing time or a decent amount of CPs. The reliever should get at least a half season in the majors.

I would likely accept it if I was in your position with the idea of flipping the two veterans for a mid-1st round pick (or mid-late 1st and a 2nd). I would rather gamble on a mid-1st in a hopefully deep draft than keep the two younger guys because I don't think they'll be all that good long-term.

In most leagues, you'd be lucky to get a single playoff 1st for both of them. They're backups.
