RP to SP Help

Hi All

What is the best method (if any) to get his endurance up to that of a SP?

Your guy is OS 19 with C endurance and C+/B- velocity/control splits. With standard development, he is likely to get 65+ improvement chances in the minors and most of those (90%) will go to velocity/control; which is what you really want.

19 - minors
20 - minors
21 - minors
22 - minors (if there is any way possible to keep him down)
23 - majors, pitching from the bullpen to get as many IC's as possible, most chances over 45 will go straight to endurance, you should be able to get close to 60 total IC's if you pitch him often enough and have competent mentoring
24 - majors
25 - majors, by now he will likely be B- endurance, at which point you should use him as a starter

The endurance will improve once he gets to the majors. Until then, maximize his development to velocity/control. The endurance will come in the majors. Be patient.
