I can appreciate that you want to rebuild and get younger but this is a tough trade to make IMO, Nordyke is a waiver wire guy waiting to happen, He's OS23 and B-/B both ways with bad speed, bad defense and poor health so this deal is Esasky for Biltier.

Esasky is a high endurance A overall RP with a velocity heavy split, which is the very best that Biltier will ever become . Biltier is B+/C+ but only B- overall so I doubt he ever ends up as good as Esasky - I'd pass
