F Health

Post by Lawman23 »

How much will the F health affect this kid's career? About how many games per year will it bench him?

I forget the number but it's in the 30 game range. Of course, that doesn't include the injuries he'll suffer. He's a great prospect though. The major drawback to the F health is the chance for long injuries during his prime development years in the majors (22-25).

I was looking at some players with F health in one of my leagues, and it looks like they topped out at 130 games. Keep him healthy for the playoffs though, and he'll play every game when it counts (as long as ABE doesn't hurt him once they start).

D+ is 135 games F 130 sounds right. Less if a catcher. I had a guy in a 15 gpd that had a 1 health. He was a backup.

So should he be worth the #1 overall? I just took over this expansion team that needs a bit of everything. I thought they had people that fostered these teams? The last few 1st rounders taken here were left rotting in the minors , some with NO cp's on them! So do I take Scott or maybe one of the 24 y/o B+ players? I'm also kind of partial to Limmer , maybe even Holt or Meehan.

Here is the team , it has some nice pieces to build around.

Wrong link. It takes me to my draft center.

Here's an example of the good and bad with F health

i acquired him at a discount because of F health. Then, he was a contributor to a WS-winning team last season.

Then, this season he was injured for the entire 1st round of the playoffs

w/o studying the list..... i move players down because of F health. Unless its a terrible draft class, I wouldn't take a player with F health 1st overall

that should be the correct link. I think he's by far the best player, so I would take him. Meyers seems like the only viable alternative.

So I looked at the draft. He's the #1 pick. No question.
