How does 'F' Health hinder a player like this? Is it worth a 1st pick in draft?

If he stays healthy, he'll play about 125 games. C speed is a bummer for a hitter that good. He probably won't live up to your expectations with speed that low. He's worth a #1 pick, but I'd still consider other guys. Hard to say for sure without seeing the whole draft class.
