That is more than I would give up for them. Cooper is worth less than a first, and Slaught is worth less than a second. You could make a case to pay a first for Nieto, but I would only do it after I explored other options. I would probably counter without Young, if you want the guys. I think a first and a possible gem in Tarbert is fair, but I haven't evaluated your team or your league to know if there are better options.
