This deal is roughly "fair," but I'm not sure it makes sense from a strategic perspective for you. Your team is solidly rebuilding still (you have the joint lowest record in the league), and the two players that you are getting, while good, are both OS33, and will begin to decline next offseason. I would hesitate to give up a likely top-five, possible first overall draft pick, when your team is still far away from contending.

I think that if you wanted to trade Garcia for pieces, you would be able to get at least players are good as Moreno and Morrison, without giving up your very high draft pick.
