C+ velocity would be best case, but very unlikely. I agree with the others that C velocity is the most likely outcome, but that could take a while. Hopefully he's not low D+ and high A+ control. If so, he may not even make C velocity.

But he is OS24, which is what I was alluding to, and my database has pitchers at OS24 moving on average 8 improvements per attribute. Figure since he is a B overall you get a few more, but if he is 100 Control that will potentially mute the growth also.

I took a flyer on a D/A 21 year old and he only made it to C by 27. I was rebuilding so pitched him hard out of the pen at 24 but he wasn’t my top priority.

Why is he not in the majors getting as much IC’s as possible? He could get that up to C+ in a few seasons.
