Minor league help

I'm in a rebuild and just had a draft with a few 1st rounders and it's been awhile since I rebuilt in a league where you have to assign CP's for the minor leagues... Hoping to get a look over and make sure that I haven't completely missed appropriating the points.

I think Skube has a bit of an outside chance of being an ok pitcher, and a bit better than some of your B- OS23 pitchers. I'd probably stick him around 9 and hope he improves well, but I also wouldn't be afraid of moving him down if a better option arises.
