Catcher's percentage

Catcher's percentage

I have a player that I spent a few seasons in the minors converting to C. My major's catching was so poor that as soon as he hit 50% I brought him up. He is slowly growing that pct. higher each game but of course ABE saw fit to injure him for the next 21 days. My question is , will his pct. drop as he sits on the bench injured or should I put him on the DL , or does it even matter either way?

It only goes down if he plays another position
