I would give up:
Bill Scott
Oswald Lazar

It's a tough call, I don't think much of Scott but Lazar could easily make A+/A- vs RHP, A+/B with A+ speed which is a good top of the order, though he's a couple of years away and you are contending now. Agganis is likely pretty much done for improves but may pick up a few more and be a solid #3, his WHIP is pretty consistent which leads me to believe he's high in that B control

You do need pitching and you have a number of good hitting prospects, if you think you have a reasonable shot this year I would make the deal.
