Draft player advice

Where do you see Ken Hill ending up at OS28? He's going to be OS19 when the actual draft takes place this off season. I'm thinking B+/B with an outside chance of A-/B+ by then.

A-/B+ for sure, but maybe only B+ overall.

If you can give him max CPs and pitch him in the majors for half a season in his OS23-25 years then I could see him being A- overall, and maybe A-/A- or A/B+.
