The saviors!!

The Squids drafted today the future of their franchise: RF Gene Knackert, who can neither run nor field, and shortstop Scott Pulido, who ran a 6.3 40 in workouts. Yes, Squids fans, the magic is definitely back.

The Squids this evening released Gene Knackert and Scott Pulido and, in an unrelated move, fired director of minor leagues, Barry Aguado.
