Monster endurance improves

This is a relief pitcher I traded in his OS18 season for a solid catcher. At the time, I think he was F or D- endurance and figured he would be relegated to the bullpen.

The guy converted 10/12 improvement chances his OS18 season, got a few more here and there, then converted six more endurance ICs in each of his OS24, OS25 and OS27 seasons. Now has C endurance and he's been used as a decent No. 4/5 starter pitching 150-160 innings a season. Led the league in ERA once and WHIP twice!

It's fun when a player beats the odds. The only real anomaly was that first season. You can really improve a reliever's endurance if you get them a lot of appearances in the majors, and therefore a lot of ICs.
