Ive been in sim for years but never paid attention to this. My mentoring lineup is at C+ but after the game it comes up as a C Why is this ????

You likely had a mentor sit out that game, or play out of position filling in for another player. Also if your pitchers haven't pitched in a while, their mentor score won 't factor in. Every game the mentor rating for hitter and pitchers changes. The mentor score on your lineup page is only a projected score.
