Building an rp into a starter. Help !!!

If we have rp`s in the minor ages 21-23 that have C+ control best course to build them into starters. Thanks

The quickest way to build endurance is to get more than 25 major league improvement chances. A larger percentage of improvement chances for pitchers in the majors over 25 go towards endurance. On average, control and velocity improve better in the minors. You're also going to take a health hit if he's a relief pitcher and pitches more than 100 innings in the majors before OS28, so keep that in mind.

As a quick follow up, if I have young pitchers with C+ endurance I leave them in the minors until their velocity and control is ready for the majors and if I plan to start them I just start them as C+ endurance relief pitchers and let the endurance improves come in their middle and late 20's.

Make them your first option out of the pen and make them throw until their arm falls off

That's the money shot right there. Don't worry about Health - they're all going down at some point regardless of their health rating.
