Unowned team

Im in the Rameriz Berra league . We have 4 unowned teams . Id like to know if commish of this league can set lineups for these teams or doe
s the computer . Oakland franchise has 9 A- players in minors . Can this get resolved by site owner or does league have to do it

If teams are posted Commissioner would have access to login and operate franchise like a temporary owner, yes. You would get to this link from the "Info" page/tab.
