This is how health affects number of games posiiton players can play

This is based on about 60 seasons of analysis. As most of you realize there is one chart for Catchers, and another for all others (except pitchers, of course). Here you go:

For Non-Catchers:
hlth miss 1 game in games missed
0-18 5 32
19-35 6 27
36-46 7 23
47-53 8 20
54-59 9 18
60-63 10 16
64-67 11 14
68-70 12 13
71-73 13 12
74-75 14 11
76-79 15,16 10
80-81 17,18 9
82 8
83-84 7
85-86 6
87-88 5
89-91 4
92-93 3
94-95 2
96-97 1
98-100 0

For catchers:
hlth miss 1 game in games missed
0-27 4 40
28-53 5 32
54-67 6 27
68-80 7 23
81-86 8 20
87-95 9 18
96-100 10 16

This appears to be consistent --- if a player misses 1 game in 8 that rate continues throughout season (i.e. it is not one in 9, then one in 8, etc.). Skipped days (days where there is no game scheduled are irrelevant, until the playoffs). The upper chart continues until there are too many "days out of days" to note. So, as an example, it appears that a player who is listed as a starter both vs. R and vs. L. whose health is 80 can play for 16 straight games before needing a game of rest and then they will miss a single game (i.e. one out of 17 games are rested). A player whose health is 81 can play for 17 straight games and then needs a day of rest.

Note that these do NOT necessarily correspond to letter grade boundaries: for example, this year, I have a B- 3B and a C+ SS who both need to rest one game in eight.

Note that catchers need MUCH more rest: a non-Catcher rated 98 or higher does not need to rest at all during a season, but a catcher at that rating would need to rest as much as a non-Catcher as a lower B-rated health player at another position.

Also note that starting at healt=82 and above I stop listing the second column for non-Catchers.

Thank you for taking the time to do this. I am still new to the game so this helps tremendously
