Why doesn't anyone answer the support tickets

Not much point in having a dedicated support system if you are going to answer the tickets created.

There were issues with support tickets coming in as spam to admin. You can see info on the home page. I just saw that they were in the path of a hurricane to boot...not sure when they posted that info - could have been Hurricane Michael that hit yesterday.

I think a lot of us went a while without a response. They hooked me up in the past few months - I imagine they'll get to yours as well.
