HeadIdiotInCharge Support tickets aren't answered, forum posts aren't answered. You keep sending out notices for replacement teams when leagues aren't missing one or 2 owners but 8 and 9.

Wake up!!!!! Your supply exceeds your demand. Downsize, merge leagues, create a wait list, generate some buzz but take care of those owners who are still here paying money and are not getting the full game experience.

If you can't do that, a little customer service like answering people's requests in a timely fashion should at least be possible.

I've heard of the bare minimum but you folks aren't even doing that.


P.S. Do you think I'll get a response to my support ticket before Thanksgiving???

Have you posted your question to the general board somewhere? The community knowledge base here can pretty well handle any concern other than perhaps payment issues. Shoot, we might be able to help you with that too.
